I’ve read a few books on adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome which have been mostly focused on the physical/medical aspects. What I loved about this book was the wholistic approach addressed by Louise, the way so many factors aside from just the physical can impact our emotional energy and how we can gain that energy back.
