I DRIFT OFF EVERY TIME

SOME KIND OF MAGIC
Some kinda magic you got going in this meditation! I suffer so much with anxiety, I fall asleep okay but then I wake at 3am and can’t get back to sleep, it’s horrible…now I just listen in the dark to The Sleep Fairy and it calms my mind and I drift back off. I can’t thank you enough
