I wrote High Energy Happiness after my epic battle and recovery from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I was more tired than I can ever really put into words. After months of getting tired-er and tired-er and tiiiiiiiirrrrreder, I collapsed in my swanky corporate office one day, and never went back. I was bedridden for four months…and I couldn’t work for a year. A YEAR!
I would keep pushing through each day… until my body finally just gave in. I wish I had known it was a sliding scale of tiredness… I would have paid more attention:
